Amish Outfitters Bait Head Caddy is a Plano box with foam pads and pins. Place the hook into a notch on top of the pad, slide the bait head down to the hook, and wrap the leader around the pad. Secure the loop in the leader to the pad with an accompanying pin. Baits in picture are not included.
